Members of the PGT board who are required to reside in Appleton or Stretton are selected and nominated by a range of local organisations which have a direct interest and involvement in the two parishes :-
- Appleton Parish Council - Stretton Parish Council - St. Matthew's, Stretton Parochial Church Council - St. Matthew's Stretton Primary School - Appleton Boys Amateur Football Club - Stretton Cricket Club - Residents' Representatives
The Board meets quarterly at the sports pavilion.
The Management
The parkland is managed for the Board by the Company Secretary/ General Manager in accordance with a comprehensive Management Plan which has the purpose of firstly establishing the whole concept of a new parkland area sympathetic to the environment then to see the development of this parkland and recreation facility for the community.
